<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system, a controller, an output device, and an image output control method, wherein the image output system has a set storing means for storing setting contents of image output conditions of an output device into both a controller and the output device, and a conflict in the setting contents of the image output conditions between the controller and the output device is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: For each image data, setting contents of image output conditions are respectively stored in a first set storing means and in a second set storing means.
