<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a simulated picture of a scene when used or a numerical value of suitability to a user before ordering a commodity by a user, and to enable to call a counselor from a mobile communication terminal device by a user to consult on the suitability of the commodity for the user, in a mail-order sales system for selling the commodity through the mobile communication terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: Data of the user of the mail-order sale are registered beforehand, and the suitability between the user and the commodity can be confirmed through a suitability confirmation means before the user specifies the commodity. The counselor can be called from the mobile communication terminal device 20, and the user can consult the counselor on whether the commodity is suitable for the user or not by communication between the counselor and the mobile communication terminal device 20.
