PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease variation of injection pressure, sprue mass and product mass by stabilizing hole breakout and simultaneously suppressing occurrence of drooling in injection molding. SOLUTION: A nozzle 21 comprises a nozzle body 22 equipped with an outside heater 7 and a nozzle tip 23 detachably attached to the tip part. An injection nozzle route 24 formed to the nozzle body 22 is contracted forward and the injection nozzle route 24 formed to the nozzle tip 23 is expanded forward. An end surface 23a to which the injection nozzle route 25 opens, is bonded closely to an end surface 22a to which the injection nozzle route 24 opens. The nozzle tip 23 is formed in a box nut state and screws to a nozzle body 22. At that time, a metal made shim 26 is pinched between a rear end surface 23c of the nozzle tip 23 and an opposed surface 22c of the nozzle body 22. A temperature difference appears on a boundary between the injection nozzle routes 24 and 25 and a land is stably cut off in this part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
