PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of noises such as metallic sounds due to the contact of both cover work plates, and also to reduce the occurrence of vibration due to the dislocation or backlash of the cover work plates. SOLUTION: A flat steel is arranged at a side edge 2a of the cover work plate 2 to define a space portion 12. A jig insertion port 16 is provided in the upper face of the cover work plate 2 and a bolt through-hole 14 is provided in the flat steel 10. A bolt, not illustrated, is inserted through the bolt through-hole 14 and a nut, not illustrated, is mounted at the end thereof so that two cover work plates 2 can be connected to each other with the bolt. The flat steel 10 is provided with a shock absorbing material 20 formed with a slurry mortar or mortar resin or coating film. The shock absorbing material 20 is held between the side edges of other cover work plates and laid between the two cover work plates.
