FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing animal or plant raw material or mixture of said materials; grinding raw material; introducing complex texturizing additive comprising following components: phosphate additives, sodium bicarbonate or ammonium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, gelling agents, sulfur-containing amino acids, potassium alum, triethyl citrate, disaccharides, sugar-reducing agents, surfactants, acetic acid, and wheat flour; forming; providing thermal treatment and drying mixture until moisture content is 3-5% for obtaining of semi-finished product with moisture-absorbing and moisture-conducting texture; grinding resultant dry semi-finished product, with particles having texturing properties of basic semi-finished product.
