FIELD: production of inter-metallic compounds, for example superconducting compounds for electrical and radio engineering; medical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes joint precipitation of metals on substrate by ion-plasma spraying of targets for obtaining super-saturated solid solution followed by heat treatment. Prior to hat treatment, layer is formed on surface of super-saturated solid solution to avoid evaporation of metals during heat treatment. This layer is formed by additional ion-plasma reaction spraying of metals followed by precipitation of compounds. EFFECT: reduction of synthesis temperature of inter-metallic compounds. 3 cl, 3 ex |
