FIELD: devices for treatment of surfaces by jet spraying with fluid; applicable in application of antifreezing fluids to airfield runways and highways and for agricultural irrigation systems. SUBSTANCE: device has body with changeable nozzle and deflector installed at required angle, both installed on body with help of captive nut. Deflector is made in form of ellipse and installed at angle alpha to axis of nozzle on cylindrical attachment whose inner diameter amounts up to 7-9 nozzle diameters. Distance from nozzle end face along its axis to deflector surface equals 7-9 nozzle diameters, and deflector edge in point of jet outlet is pointed at acute angle. In addition, cylindrical attachment has plate installed square to deflector with slot clearance equaling 1-1.5 nozzle diameters, and distance from its front pointed edge to nozzle axis equals 2-2.5 nozzle diameters, with angle alpha equaling 40-50 deg.
