PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently collecting flavor component or scorch component from a liquid raw material, and to provide a generator and a collector for the component. SOLUTION: This method for collecting flavor component or scorch component comprises the steps of immersing, in a low-temperature condition, a heater capable of regulating its temperature in a liquid raw material, pulling the heater up from the liquid raw material followed by raising the temperature of the heater to heat the liquid raw material picked up on the heater to effect volatilization of the flavor component or scorch component, and then dissolving the component in a collecting liquid. The other objective generator and collector for the component are provided as described above. |
