PURPOSE: A remaining metal alkyl in a pipe between a metal alkyl storing tank and a filling vessel is washed by a kerosine and an inert gas to prevent explosion. CONSTITUTION: An inert gas(70) is injected to a metal alkyl storing tank(62) from an inert gas tank(72) by the operation of a controller(50). The metal alkyl is filled into a filling vessel(64) from the metal alkyl storing tank by the pressure. The overflowed metal alkyl is stored in a discharge tank(80) from the filling vessel. A washing member is provided to wash remaining metal alkyl in the connecting pipe between the metal alkyl storing tank and the filling vessel.
