The control determines set value of force (Fc) to apply to the pedal in reaction to a force (Fa) applied by the user. Fc is corrected by a measure of force (Fmes) applied to the pedal by a motor (110), to determine set value for the correction (Fcc),which is applied to a closed loop adjusting motor torque so the reaction force (Fr) is held to the set correction force (Fcc).
