<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate charges of communication fee for user in an information service when downloading data, and reduce a communication load on an information server. <P>SOLUTION: The information data distribution system includes an information data obtaining means 111 for obtaining information data from an information server 60, a communication fee memory means 122 for memorizing a communication fee necessary for obtaining the information data by the information data obtaining means 111, an information storage means 121 for storing the information data by the information data obtaining means 111, an information transmitting means 112 for transmitting the information data stored in the information storing means 121 according to demands of wireless terminals 20 and 21, a communication history storing means 123 for storing the communication history of the information data transmitted from the information data transmitting means 112, and an accounting server 50 for implementing an accounting operation for users on the basis of the communication history. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
