PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing rotation deviation of a bead core, strongly fixing a carcass by preventing blow-by, and contributing to reduction of a road noise. SOLUTION: The bead core 5 includes bead core pieces 5A, 5B on an inner side and outer side of a tire axis direction, and the inner and outer bead core pieces 5A, 5B are provided with mating face parts 10 facing with each other and inclining at a same angle and in a same direction to a tire radius direction line. Either of a carcass main body part 6a or a carcass folding part 6b is sandwiched between the mating face parts 10, 10, and the carcass folding part 6b is folded by passing one of bottom surfaces S of the inner or outer bead core pieces 5A, 5B.
