PURPOSE: An online education service intermediation system and method is provided to intermediate an online lecture, via an auction or a reverse auction, by expressing a service date and time of a trainee and a lecturer, and to pay the lecturer based on an electronic assessment sheet transmitted by the trainee after the lecture is finished. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A web server offers a profile of a lecture, a lecture start time and a lecture fee to plural user terminals(S10). The web server receives auction applications from the user terminals, and determines an auction winner(S12). The determined auction winner deposits the lecture fee, e.g., via an Internet banking and then stores the user data and deposit data at a database(S14). The web server enables the lecturer to give an online lecture to the terminal of the determined auction winner, namely a lecture trainee, for a contracted time(S16). If the lecture is finished, the web server transmits an online lecture assessment sheet to the terminal of the trainee via an e-mail, and the trainee fills in the lecture assessment sheet and transmits the assessment sheet to the web server via an e-mail(S18). The web server stores the lecture assessment sheet at a database, and pays the lecturer only if the assessment result is normal(S20-S24).
