PURPOSE: A guide clip for a door glass of a vehicle is provided to prevent the door glass from being displaced from a door lifting system against friction and the glass run from being damaged against wear by assembling the guide clip with the glass run for guiding the track of the door glass. CONSTITUTION: A guide clip(100) is composed of a staple-shaped guide part bent in two steps to insert the side of a door glass(200) with lifting up and down and composed of two or more guide projections(112) protruded inward, and a fixing part placed in the middle of a frame(300) of a door(D), integrally injection-molded outside the guide part and combined with a glass run(400), the frame and a weather strip(500) by penetrating. Horizontal movement of the glass inserted to the guide part is restricted with protruding the guide projections in the middle of the guide part, and wear of the glass run is prevented by guiding the lifting track of the glass.
