EASY-FIT HEAT SCREENING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An easy-fit heat screening device is provided to reduce manufacturing and repairing cost by forming a single heat screening device proper to a straight cooling pipe and a pipe having two parts inclining for each other and to improve reliability, simpleness, and function. CONSTITUTION: An easy-fit heat screening device(110) for connecting a cooling pipe(112) and a through-hole(114) formed in a nozzle support ring(116) of a gas turbine has a tubular structure(118) which has an external diameter smaller than a diameter of the through-hole and into which the cooling pipe extends. The tubular structure has a shaped annular end(126) formed at the top and inserted inside a groove(130) formed in the through-hole. The heat screening device is inserted by the bending of the shaped annular end and also the insertion is executed by interference between the annular end and the groove.
