<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for a sublimation type thermal transfer recording material which is excellent in the adhesion to a sublimation type ink layer and also in the releasability from a protective layer provided after formation of an image. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film for the sublimation type thermal transfer recording material is constituted by a method wherein an adhesion modifying layer constituted mainly of a polyester polyurethane resin and a melamine resin is laminated at least on one side of the polyester film being 1-12 μm thick. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
