PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that enables a user to retrieve information which the user wants to have, without creating a complicated retrieval condition expression and rapidly delivers only texts, including the information the user truly wants to have despite the number of the users. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a retrieval condition registration step, which generates a limited automaton 114 checking a search term extracted from retrieval condition the user 107 registers and a text retrieving and delivering step, which computes compatibility to each of the retrieval conditions specified by a plurality of the users, by retrieving the texts transmitted from a news delivery source 106 with the limited automaton 114 concerned and transmits the texts to the users, who specify the retrieval conditions by which the compatibility satisfies prescribed conditions.
