PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent electroacoustic transducer by improving linearity of compliance of a suspension with respect to the suspension for an acoustic transducer to be used for acoustic equipment and the acoustic transducer using the same. SOLUTION: A plurality of roll parts 1b whose cross sections has a rolled shape are located side by side with a straight line which connects two points on an outer periphery as a reference, a closed loop is formed to make adjacent the first located roll part 1b and the finally located roll part 1b, and a suspension 1a is provided for suppressing occurrence of distortion or rolling by improving linearity of compliance so that the excellent electroacoustic transducer is provided.
