PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method of manufacturing a nitrogen-enriched vapor product and its device. SOLUTION: This improved method uses a refining device 106 and a distilling column 140 having a distilling partition. The method comprises steps of supplying at least a part of supplied material 116 of nitrogen-enriched liquid to the distilling partition at a first place, supplying gas flow 100 containing nitrogen and at least one kind of contaminant to the refining device, cooling the gas with cold liquid, condensing, coagulating, dissolving, or decomposing at least a part of at least one kind of contaminant, finally supplying at least a part of the cold gas from the refining device 106 to the distilling partition at a second place lower than the first place, withdrawing flow 120 of the nitrogen enriched vapor product from the distilling partition, and withdrawing flow 132 of nitrogen reduced liquid from the distilling partition.
