For the analysis or identification of specific bonding results, using molecules with conductive markers, the change is evaluated in a measured value through the occurrence of a specific bonding event. A measured value is selected according to the high frequency impedance of the measurement range. For bonding between a liquid containing the molecules and a surface sensitive to sound waves, the sample is applied in droplets to a structured measurement zone (12,13) with sound-sensitive elements (14), and in contact with the piezo electric surface (10) to measure the reaction dynamics. The sound waves are generated by at least one interdigital transducer (16).
