The invention aims at providing laminates which are excellent in appearance, tight adhesion, mar resistance, wear resistance, and hot water resistance an d exhibit high-level weather resistance and excellent durability, and an acryl ic resin composition and an organosiloxane resin composition which are excellen t in storage stability and useful in the production of the laminates. The invention relates to a laminate characterized by being constituted of a polycarbonate substrate, the first layer made of a composition consisting of a crosslinked acrylic copolymer and an ultraviolet absorber on the surface of the substrate, and the second layer made of a crosslinked organosiloxane polymer on the surface of the first layer wherein the crosslinked acrylic copolymer is composed of specific repeating units and contains urethane linkages in a specific proportion and the organosiloxane polymer has a specific structure formed from colloidal silica and an alkoxysilane.
