A CGI (Common Gateway Interface) session management security system uses a communications security data set stored as an encrypted HTML (Hyper Text Mark Up Language)or DHTML (Dynamic Hyper Text Mark Up Language) mask with user identity in a URL (Universal Resource Locator) on the client (3a) and sent to the central computer (2) containing access authorisation time delay times setting the time after which the client (3a) requires new authorisation to run a program stored (5) on the computer.
