PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for rehabilitating exercise for persons with lower part handicap to practice the lower part of body in a sitting position by comprising reciprocating rollers on lower portion of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an inclined plate(1), a frame(2), rollers(3) equipped to the frame(2) to support the inclined plate(1). On the inclined plate(1), a number of projections for applying finger pressure is formed together with a strap for preventing foots of a user from releasing out of the inclined plate(1). By assembling the frame(2) to the inclined plate(1) having the projections and mounting the rollers(3) to the frame(2), the apparatus carries out the reciprocation movement to allow exercise the lower part of body.
