SUBSTANCE: proposed device has radiation source, multimode optical fiber incorporating means for energy exchange among modes and, consequently, multiplication of primarily excited modes, as well as means disposed between radiation source and end of optical fiber and used for entering radiation beam with elongated angular spectrum tilted through certain angle to longitudinal axis of optical beam into radiation source.
