FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has driving means and body with cylindrical reservoir having active substance closed with movable upper and lower obturators. Syringe has casing in the lower part of which at least two peripheral injection canals are done on outer side. The casing has dead hole which height serves for making free passage via peripheral canals entrances when making engagement of the lower obturator with casing bottom as a result of driving means action moving the unit including the upper obturator, liquid active substance and the lower obturator. The casing has unit for damping the lower obturator. The obturators are manufactured from elastomer compatible with the active substance for a long time.
