PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polyvinyl alcohol film excellent in thickness uniformity over a large area and useful as a manufacturing raw material of a polarizing film. SOLUTION: A film forming raw material containing polyvinyl alcohol is used to form the polyvinyl alcohol film on the surface with a surface roughness of 3S or less of a metal. |
