FIELD: metal-working industry; lubricant for pipes hot- rolling. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricating materials, in particular to those used for pipes hot-rolling. Substance: the lubricant composition contains ( mass %): aegirine-diopside concentrate 49 - 63, borax 50-35, barium carbonate 1-2. EFFECT: increased stability of long-length swages, decreased loadings on a swage at its extraction from a pipe, improved surface quality of pipes, decrease of labor input of lubricant application process and provision of lubricant ecological purity. 2 tbl, 8 ex, 2 dwg |
