<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which devises a head structure of an output shaft of a linear actuator thereby absorbing vibrations transmitted between the output shaft and an object to be moved. <P>SOLUTION: A head 51 is attached to a tip of an output shaft 42 of a linear actuator 1. A rubber O ring 53, which is formed by a material softer than the head 51, is fitted in the head 51 and a part of the O ring 53 protrudes to the outer side of the head 51. The head 51 is housed in a head housing space 61 of an attachment 60.
