PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator mounting structure by which operability is improved in assembling and disassembling, a necessary floor space is reduced, and the subject holder is miniaturized. SOLUTION: A vibrator mount 20 has a shield case 22 as a box-shaped mount member also used as a shield member on a printed board 10 at the lower part, and a holder 26 as the holding member is integrally formed at the upper part of the case 22. A vibrator 2 covered with a buffer 8 is forced into the holder 26 of the vibrator mount 20 under pressure and engaged to hold the vibrator 2, the case 22 is attached to the printed board 10, hence a plate spring-shaped terminal 7 projected from the vibrator 2 is abutted on the contact part 12 of the printed board 10 and electrically connected, and an integrated printed board unit with the vibrator 2 loaded on the board 10 is formed.
