PURPOSE: A device for fixing a lifting lug to ladle is provided to prevent damage of trunnion or bush and simply fix the lifting lug to the ladle by preventing slag from flowing in inserting hole (slot) of the lifting lug. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a rectangular stopper(112a) formed at an end of trunnion of ladle for supplying molten steel into continuous casting tundish; a lifting lug(120) on a lower part of which inserting hole(121) is formed so that the trunnion of the ladle is inserted into the inserting hole, and which enables the ladle to be rotated when the lifting lug(120) is lifted up by crane; and a lifting lug fixing means(130) selectively separated from stopper(112a) held to the lifting lug fixing means(130) only when lifting up the lifting lug(120) so that the lifting lug fixing means(130) enables the ladle to be rotated, wherein the lifting lug fixing means(130) comprises catch member(131), vertical rod(132), guide pipe(133), first link(134), first arm(135), second arm(136) and second link(137), and wherein the first arm(135) and second arm(136) are formed in the same shape with being oppositely directed to each other, and catch protrusions(135a,136a) are formed at one side of the first arm(135) and second arm(136) to hold the stopper(112a) respectively.
