<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supply apparatus comprising a cover tape take-up reel capable of easily removing a cover tape which has been taken up with tensile from a winder. <P>SOLUTION: A cover tape take-up reel 1 provided to a part supply apparatus comprises a rotary drum 4 in which a winder 3 for taking up a cover tape T is provided on a board 2, and a body 5 which detachably supports the rotary drum 4 for rotating it.
