<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute extra contents by adding the price of the contents to prices of media and to restrict unauthorized copy. <P>SOLUTION: When the media are purchased at an outlet store 31 or when the media is rent at a rental agency 32, a key issuance server 20 is accessed through the store or the agency, a media ID code is transferred to a server 20 and a key code is acquired from the server 20. The medium ID code and the key code are registered in a contents server 22. When a user accesses the contents server 22 in reproducing music and a video image, the extra contents is provided from the contents server 22 after authentication by transmission of the media ID code and the key code to an authentication server 21 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
