PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable that work execution for a box or grease trap is carried out rapidly and simply, including the simple and easy leveling of the box or grease trap, without the need to prepare its form on the spot. SOLUTION: A form is prepared, which has an area of an L-shaped step in section and of certain width and height formed by horizontal and vertical surfaces around its upper circumference, and the horizontal surfaces have bolt holes and bolt receivers for bolting work at their back sides opened or mounted at appropriate positions thereof. The form is arranged at a position to install a box or grease trap, then concrete is placed to unite the form with slab concrete around, and the box or grease trap is installed on the form.
