PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber crosslinked product excellent in mechanical characteristics and having a small permanent compression set, and a crosslinkable, nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber composition excellent in scorch stability as the material for the same. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable rubber composition comprises 100 g of a nitrile group-containing copolymer rubber (A), which contains 10-60 wt.% of a structural unit derived from anα,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer and has an iodine value of at most 100, and, incorporated therewith, 1-30 millimole of an organic peroxide (B), 1.5-20 millimole of a bismaleimide compound (C) and 0.05-8.5 millimole of a quinone dioxime compound (D).
