PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for filling low temperature liquefied mixed gas enabling filling of the low temperature liquefied mixed gas having a mixture ratio set in advance securely by simple operation. SOLUTION: This method for filling low temperature liquefied mixed gas comprises a first pre-cooling process in which first low temperature liquefied gas L1 having a high mixture ratio is introduced into a low temperature liquefied gas tank 31 through a first supply passage 10 and is discharged from a purge passage 40, a first filling process in which the first low temperature liquefied gas is filled into the low temperature liquefied gas tank after the pre-cooling process ends until it reaches the weight set in advance, a second pre-cooling process in which a second supply passage 20 for supplying second low temperature liquefied gas is cooled in advance, and a second filling process in which the second low temperature liquefied gas is filled into the low temperature liquefied gas tank by shutting off the purge passage and closing the low temperature liquefied gas tank closely after the first filling process and the second pre-cooling process end.
