<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method and a treating system for more effectively removing heavy metals, phosphorus and fluorine in a heavy metal containing waste water and decreasing the quantities of wastes to be produced. <P>SOLUTION: The treating system 1 for treating the heavy metal-containing waste water is provided with a floc forming vessel 2, a 1st membrane separation apparatus 3 and a 2nd membrane separation apparatus 4. In the floc forming vessel 2, the floc of the heavy metals is formed by adding a floc forming agent containing a pH adjuster for adjusting the pH value of the heavy metal- containing waste water into the heavy metal-containing waste water. In the 1st membrane separation apparatus 3, the heavy metal-containing waste water in which the floc of the heavy metals is formed is membrane-separated. In the 2nd membrane separation apparatus 4, the filtered water passed through a membrane in the membrane separation in the 1st membrane separation apparatus 3 is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
