PURPOSE: An oxygen separating tube and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the oxygen separating performance of the oxygen separating tube by uniformly and densely forming an oxygen separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen separating tube includes a porous support(106) and an oxygen separating membrane. The porous support is composed of two or more porous layers(103, 105). The two or more porous layers include different porosities. The oxygen separating membrane is coated to the inner wall of the porous support and separates oxygen from air passing through the inside of the porous support. The porous layers include at least one of metal oxides, ceramics, or the combination of the same. The porosity of the innermost porous layer is lower than those of other porous layers.
