PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing photodegradable and biodegradable fixing band used for supporting or fixing vinyl houses and fruit trees and friendly to environment. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: stirring 10-40wt% of starch powder, 20-60wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA), 10-50wt% of calcium carbonate, 10-50wt% of LDPE as a soft polyethylene, and 10-30wt% of anatase(TiO2) at 110-120deg.C and grinding and kneading to gelatinate; cooling the dough to 35-45deg.C to keep the moisture content of 1%; extruding and molding at 120-210deg.C to form a body(11); and inserting natural string(12) into the body(11) in the longitudinal direction when extruding. |
