PURPOSE: Provided is a microwave dielectric ceramic composition, which has a high quality factor through a short-term sintering at a low temperature, a high dielectric constant and a stable temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION: The microwave dielectric ceramic composition is characterized in that it is represented by the formula of (1-x)(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O2-xZrO2, in which x is ranged from 0 to 0.2. The microwave dielectric ceramic composition has a high quality factor of 140,000 GHz or more.
