A method of producing bundles of printed labels, said method including the following steps: providing a set of labels that differ from one another in respect of material content. Providing a plurality of sheets on which there is printed one or more labels at respective predetermined locations on said sheet and wherein each label has an outer boundary representing a peripheral edge of the same. Arranging at least some of the shifts one on top of each other such that each label printed thereon is aligned with the label having the same location that is printed on the sheet below, and wherein at least two of said aligned labels resemble two different labels from said set of labels, said arrangement of sheets forming a bundle of sheets and cutting said sheets about said label boundary so as to create a bundle of labels.
