PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temporary interruption of road-surface visibility due to the transition of the focal point of a driver from an road-surface object when seeing travel data for an automobile or an alarming display. SOLUTION: The travel data and the alarming display are displayed on a front glass of the automobile by an imaging projector. The visibility of the road surface and the visibility of the travel data and the alarming display are simultaneously achieved by controlling the luminous intensity of the display and an apparent position.
