<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional system that it is rather difficult for people having know-how or knowledge to computer-program the know- how or knowledge with inclusion of character, pattern, picture, sign degree, image, work flow, and the like; people who wants to obtain excellent know-how or knowledge must pay the charge for substantially non-use time such as retrieval because of fixed rate or metered rate system; and when downloading information desired by a user, information against its intention is often downloaded, or much time is required therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A program forming and registration system capable of directly displaying program or content information with combination of character, pattern, picture, voice, image, animation, work flow or the like on an Internet browser without using a program is provided, so that people having excellent know-hows and knowledges can computer-program them. The resulting excellent program or content information with high additive value is provided to a user who wants to use it.
