<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to select a desired application when a mobile station carrying out road-vehicle communication with a fixed facility such as a base station provided on the road side, enters a service providing area. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station application processing part 201 processes data transmitted and received by radiocommunication to realize the application. A mobile station communication connecting part 202 establishes a communication line with a base station 100 when connecting in an early stage of communication. A communication frequency selecting part 205 selects frequency according to the instructions of the mobile station communication connecting part 202.
