ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICE ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately prevent degradation in an organic EL structure caused by moisture and gas in an organic EL element with the organic EL structure provided on one face of a resin board with moisture permeability and gas permeability.

SOLUTION: An organic EL structure 30 formed by arranging organic layers 51-54 made of an organic luminescent material, between a positive electrode 40 and a negative electrode 60 opposed to each other, is formed on one face of a resin board 10. One face, formed with the organic EL structure 30, of the resin board 10 is covered with a board protective film 20 made of an alumina film or the like formed by an atomic layer growth method.
