PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly provide information desired by a user. SOLUTION: This information provision server 1 is provided with a storage part 7, a CPU 2, and a communication control part 5. The storage part 7 stores image data for determining a photographing target, a range photographable the photographing target by a cellphone, and related information related to the photographing target by linking them with one another. The CPU 2 receives and acquires the photographed data photographed by the cellphone from the cellphone. The CPU 2 receives and acquires position information showing the position of the photographing target photographed by the cellphone from the cellphone. The CPU 2 determines image data with high resemblance with the acquired photographed data out of the image data whose acquired position is within the photographable range.
