PURPOSE: A device for supplying a connection between network devices existing in different home networks and a method therefor are provided to request to register an inherent domain name and an approved IP address assigned from an ISP, thereby performing communication between network devices existing in different private networks. CONSTITUTION: An address obtaining unit(118-1) obtains an approved IP address of a network managing device from a domain name managing server, based on a domain name of a network managing device existing in other private network. When an access request is generated from the network device, access managing units(116,118) form a P2P connection with the network device, form a virtual private network tunnel between different private networks based on the approved IP address, and transmit a private IP address to the network device for communication.
