The invention relates to a packing carton for a product (P) such as a bottle, vial or similar. The inventive carton is of the type comprising at least one body (1) and a removable cover (3), said body (1) of the carton (B) comprising a deformable part (1a) which can be deployed when the cover (3) is removed in order to form a decorative element around the product (P). The invention is characterised in that: the deformable part (1a) of the body (1) of the carton can form a collar (5) around a non-deformable part (1b) of the carton body (1); in that the deformable part (1a) of the carton body (1) comprises elements (12) which can form relief designs when the deformable part (1a) is deployed; in that the deformable part (1a) of the carton body (1) can be unfolded and refolded using a manually-controlled actuation means (10) which is mounted on the carton body (1); in that the deformable part (1a) of the carton body (1) is formed by the upper part of said body (1), the lower part (1b) thereof being non-deformable; and in that the above-mentioned actuation means (10) comprises a part (10a) which is mounted to slide around the lower part (1b) of the carton body (1) and tabs (10b) which are connected to the deformable part (1a) of the body (1), such that the deformable part can be unfolded and refolded according to the direction of actuation.
