An optical link device in which deterioration of signal can be prevented while reducing the size by preventing a stray light from entering a light receiving element. The optical link device comprises a light emitting element (15) outputting an optical signal toward one optical fiber (17), a light receiving element (16) receiving an optical signal from the other optical fiber (17), a part (13) for mounting the light emitting element and the light receiving element, a lens body (7) having a transmitting side lens part (9) for introducing an optical signal outputted from the light emitting element to one optical fiber and a receiving side lens part (10) for introducing an optical signal outputted from the other optical fiber to the light receiving element, the latter being formed integrally with the former, wherein a light shielding part (11) is formed of a material different from that of the transmitting side lens part and the receiving side lens part of the lens body between the transmitting side lens part and the receiving side lens part integrally therewith.
