PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tube placed near a base end portion of a wiper blade from slacking or being exposed outside in a resin-made wiper arm having a wiper blade and a washer nozzle formed on its end portion. SOLUTION: In a wiper arm 1 configured of an arm support 4 having a pivot shaft end portion 2a integrally on its base end portion on which an arm shank 5 having a wiper blade 3 and a washer nozzle 6 at its leading end is placed swingably to a direction of a window surface, a pivot cap 9 put on a pivot shaft 2 includes a through-hole 9i used to draw a tube 8 connected to the washer nozzle to outside from the frame inside, and an engaging claw 9j used to engage the drawn tube 8 with the pivot cap 9, and the tube 8 is pulled along the outer circumference of the cap 9.
