PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which is excellent in environmental properties and work-environmental properties, maintains conventional boiling resistance, adhesive properties, transparency and gas barrier performance, and is appropriate for various gas-barrier packaging types. SOLUTION: This packaging laminated film, in which an anchor coat agent and a gas barrier resin are laminated on a base film, is characterized as follows: the base resin of the anchor coat agent is a water-dispersed polyester polyurethane resin which is composed of a reaction product of a polyol, a polyisocyanate and a neutralizing agent, reacting with a hydrophilic group- containing compound; the polyisocyanate is an alicyclic polyisocyanate and/or an aromatic-aliphatic polyisocyanate; a curing agent for the anchor coat agent is a water-dispersed polyisocyanate compound which is composed of a mixture of aliphatic polyisocyanate and a reaction product of the aliphatic polyisocyanate and an alkoxy polyalkylene ether glycol; and the content percentage of an isocyanate group is in the range of 3-50 wt.%.
